Early years and childcare providers portal

The provider portal is available to registered childcare providers and approved free early education and care providers based in County Durham.

You can use the Provider Portal to update childcare vacancies and submit free early education and care funding claims.

If you need a new user to be set up at your registered early years setting, then please complete and return the Icon for pdf Request for a Durham Provider Portal User ID (PDF, 170.3kb) form.

Training

We can provide specific Early Years Finance and Synergy FIS Provider Portal Training. The training is aimed at newly registered settings or settings who have appointed new staff with no specific Synergy FIS Provider Portal experience.
