Emergency road closures

Storm Eowyn - 24 January 2025

• The B6279 Moor road, Staindrop to Eggleston is currently blocked due to a tree blown over onto the power lines. 
• The A181 near Sherburn House Hospital has been blocked by a fallen tree.
• The B6309 between Medomsley Crossroads and the Hat and Feather pub is closed due to power lines across the road.
• The A689 at Wolsingham has been blocked by a fallen tree.
