We can help you with our training package which covers skills such as:

We also offer a wide range of short courses that can be completed in a day in venues across County Durham. If you are unemployed all short courses are free. We currently offer over 30 short courses including:

- Communicating Assertively
- Professional Telephone Techniques

'Get into...' programmes
If you are unemployed or looking for a career change our 'Get into...' programmes help you gain knowledge, skills and experience to progress your chosen career. We offer:

If you are 18 to 25
If you're aged 18 to 25 and not in education, employment or training you may be interested in our Durham Works programme.
