What's on this Easter

Easter Bunny in the Park - Saturday 20 April
Join us for a day of family fun in the park. Try our Easter craft activities and annual egg hunt, enjoy family entertainment in our yurt and meet the bunny himself for a chocolate treat! £8.50 per child. Various timeslots available, contact us as booking essential. 

Park Trail: Cin-egg-matic superstars

Date: Saturday 6 Monday 22 April
Cost/booking: £1 per trail sheet. No need to book. Collect from the gift shop during opening hours. 
Details: This Easter school holiday will you find all the famous egg faces hiding in the park? 

Bees in your bonnet!

Date: Wednesday 10 April
Time: 11.00am-3.00pm
Cost/booking: £3 per child. No need to book.
Details: Use a range of materials to decorate a special bonnet ready for Easter weekend, before finding out more about spring flowers, pollination and British bees. 

Woodland Easter Crafts

Date: Wednesday 17 April
Time: 11.00am-3.00pm
Cost/booking: £3 per child. No need to book.
Details: Make a hessian celebration flag, weave an Easter egg using natural materials and take part in spring planting activities. 

May half term activities

The Enchanted Village Park Trail

Date: Saturday 25 May-Sunday 2 June
Time: any
Cost/booking: £1 per trail sheet, available from the gift shop during opening hours. No booking required.
Details: Take part in a little magic this May half term. Find all the miniature houses that make up our enchanted village to claim your free sticker.

Marvellous Mermaids and Nautical Neptune

Date: Tuesday 28 May
Time: 11.00am - 3.00pm
Cost/booking: £3 per child. No book required.
Details: Learn more about King Neptune who guards our Serpentine Lake. Make your own merman or mermaid craft and create a mermaid accessory or tremendous trident, to become your own ruler of the water.

Believe in Unicorns! 

Date: Wednesday 29 May
Time: 10.00am-11.30am
Cost/booking: £4 per child. Must be booked in at advance. To book contact us.
Details: Join us for some mythical magic. Follow our hoof print trail to rescue the unicorn locked in the tower. Make a rainbow ribbon wand and a unicorn hat to take home.

Dragon Den Building

Date: Wednesday 29 May
Cost/booking: £6 per child. Must be booked in at advance. To book contact us.
Details: Build the perfect den for a dragon and collect natural materials for our make-believe dragon tea party. You will then have the opportunity to celebrate all things fire-breathing by building your own woodland camp fire.  

Fairy Houses and Magical Kingdoms 

Date: Thursday 30 May
Time: 11.00am-3.00pm
Cost/booking: £8.50 per child. To book conatct us.
Details: Children will work with local artist Kay Henderson using a range of materials to make a miniature magical place from their own imagination.  
Advance booking essential.
