Contracts Register

The register lists all contracts, commissioned activity, purchase orders, framework agreements and other legally enforceable agreements, including waste collection contracts, that exceed £5,000. It is updated quarterly.

Publication of these lists forms part of our commitment to being open and transparent with residents. The reports show a number of columns of data which are explained in the table below:

Column	Field Name	Explanation
A	Organisation name	The name of the organisation
B	Project reference	The reference number assigned to the project
C	Estimated value	The estimated value of the contract
D	Project title	The title of the contract
E	Department	The service area responsible for managing the contract
F	Contract start date	The start date of the contract
G	Contract end date	The end date of the contract
H	Review date	Review of whether or not to be retendered and when it should be retendered
I	Contract period	The contract period in months
J	Extensions	The number of extensions available to the contract
K	Type	The type of procurement exercise undertaken to establish the contract
L	Company name	The name of the company awarded the contract
M	Town	The town the company is addressed to
N	County	The county the company is addressed to
O	Postcode	The postcode of the company
P	Is SME	If the company is a small medium enterprise
Q	Supplier classification	Description of what type of supplier
R	Company registration number	The company registration number
