Local Land Charges personal search
Anyone can carry out a personal search of the Local Land Charges Register free of charge, by appointment only. However, most searches are carried out by Personal Search Agents.
From 1 January 2010, the Local Land Charges (Amendment) Rules 2009 came into force.
A personal search can only be undertaken if one of our staff is present. If you wish to carry out a search you will need to contact us to make an appointment.
Please note that replies to forms Con29R and Con29O will not be given on a personal search.
