Durham City Customer Access Point

Opening hours 

Our customer access point is open:

• Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.00pm
• Fridays 8.30am to 4.30pm

Location

We are located in the Clayport Library building, Millennium Place, just off Claypath and opposite the Gala Theatre, in Durham City.

Parking is available at a number of car parks in Durham including the multi-storey car park in Walkergate giving you direct access to Millennium Place or you can use Durham Park and Ride to get into the city.
