Background
We are Undefeatable is a national movement supporting and encouraging people with long term health conditions to be more active.
County Durham is one of 10 pilot areas in England chosen to bring the campaign to a local level.
What we are consulting on
We are raising awareness of the campaign across the county. We want to hear from you if you are someone with long term health conditions.
We would like to know:
- Have you heard of the campaign?
- What stops you from taking part in physical activities?
- What would motivate you to do them?
- What activities are you most interested in?
