County Durham Lettings Agency - information for tenants
We know that sometimes finding and managing a tenancy can be difficult. County Durham Lettings Agency (CDLA) manage a wide range of accommodation for those who need it most and cannot access private rented property for a variety of reasons.
About our accommodation
Quality
We directly manage all of the properties that our tenants live in whether these are owned or leased by CDLA.
Standards
We make sure all properties meet current housing standards.
Support
We offer up to five hours Housing Management support a week to make sure you receive the support you need to learn to live independently.
How to apply
Please note we do not take direct applications for CDLA properties, you must be referred by a Housing Officer at the council or one of our partner agencies.
Tenancies
You will receive a non-secure tenancy agreement from CDLA.
