If an event takes place in the outdoor amphitheatre don't forget to bring a waterproof coat if it rains. You can also bring along a blanket for the grassed seating.
The 5 week workshop will take place every Wednesday between 2.00pm-4.00pm in our Education Room and starts on the 30 January until 20 February.
The course covers aspects of wellbeing including the following:
- the power of thought to change your world
- breathing techniques to relax and de-stress
- gentle exercise, yoga and barefoot walking
- guided meditation
- learning gratitude
- confidence building
- self-appreciation and worthiness
- NLP methodologies such as anchoring and overcoming fear
- creating empowering and exiting visions for our lives

Children's ceramic workshops
Tuesday 19 and Thursday 21 February, 11.00am-3.00pm
Artist Kay Henderson returns to deliver her popular ceramic workshop. Children will join Kay to explore clay and work with the material to build a wonderful creation using their imagination using a range of tools. The finished pieces can be taken home at the end of the workshop.

Children must be accompanied by an adult during the workshop.
Creative crafts drop in session
Friday 22 February, 11.00am-3.00pm
Children can drop into our craft workshop and use a range of materials to either make what they like or follow some of our ready-made projects.
No booking required. £3 per child.
Baby class - Tiny Toes
Every Friday term time only, 10.00am-11.30am.
A relaxed six week programme for babies from birth to approximately 13 month. Sessions take place in our education room with a different theme each week. There is careful balance between structured activity and self-led exploration so that as new parents you can connect with each other sharing experiences and offering support.
