TERRITORIAL FORCE

To the Young Men of the
County of Durham.

9,000 RECRUITS
REQUIRED AT ONCE
To complete Territorial Units of NORTHUMBRIAN
DIVISION, and supply drafts for Territorial Units
now at the Front.

YOUNG MEN!
COME AND JOIN THE DURHAMS!
See what Sir John French said to the Northumbrian Division.
The Casualties have, however, been heavy.
COME AND FILL THE GAPS.
Are YOU going to stay at home while others fight for your
Homes and Families?
In view of the magnificent response which has already been made
by the County of Durham, it is not believed that the young men of
military age will now be found wanting in patriotism and duty.
ENLIST TO-DAY!
FOR THE DURATION OF THE WAR.
SOLDIERS CANNOT BE MADE IN FIVE MINUTES.
APPLY at Recruiting Offices and Regimental Depots.
GOD SAVE THE KING!

18th May 1915 GEO[RGE P]ROCTER COUNTY PRINTER AND STATIONER MARKET PLACE DURHAM
