- nearly frozen. Route march
round by Maricourt after.
Pay - more eggs &c.
then champagne.

Eggs practically a
daily occurrance now.
Pictures at night “Swordfish
Troop” – V[ery] G[ood]

6 Tues[day] [February 1917]
Div[isio]n Route march.
prelim[inary] insp[ectio]n M – on duty therefore
not on march.
Eggs then champagne.

7 Wed[nesday] [February 1917]
Mat & I with Shelton &
Barron at dinner time.

better than sunday’s
game.
