Can I use a digital camera in the Record Office?

When you visit the Record Office you can photograph most original documents (excluding photographs, microfilm images and Ordnance Survey maps), although this is at the discretion of the County Archivist. The camera must be hand held and there must be no use of flash. There is a charge of £10.00 per day for this concession and you will be asked to complete the appropriate proforma for copyright purposes.
