Applications for certain Environmental Permits, and variations to Environmental Permits which involve a 'substantial change' in the operations being undertaken, require public consultation.
You have the right to inspect the application, free of charge, and contact us by email or post, to give us feedback about it.
Current applications
The deadline for comment is shown for each permit. Any comments made before the deadline will be considered in determining the application. Comments received after the deadline may be taken into consideration but this cannot be guaranteed.
