Fixed Daily Charge Areas
£30 fixed daily charge areas are currently found only within the Durham City Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ). The restrictions operate between 8.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Saturday only. Parking outside of these times is free. During the operational hours you may park in a £30 fixed daily charge area if you display a valid permit. Failure to display a valid permit may result in you being issued with a £30 fixed daily charge notice (FDC) by a parking attendant.
