Telephone Installation

In certain circumstances, we can provide a grant towards the installation of a telephone.

You may qualify for this if:

• You are frequently left alone or living with someone who cannot help in an emergency and
• You do not have access to a community alarm system and
• You have an established need to contact medical services in an emergency and
• You are unable to use an existing telephone eg public phone box, families or neighbours

You will need to have an assessment of needs if you qualify under one of the above categories.
