Support Groups
Many people can feel isolated at times. A support group can give you the opportunity to meet people, to talk about everyday problems with others that understand a break from your usual routine and an opportunity to make new friends and take part in leisure activities.
Support Groups can be for lone parents, people with a physically disability, and people with a learning disability. Often these groups are run themselves, with help and advice from local voluntary organisations and staff from Social Care and Health.
