Ways of Making Your Views Known
So we can improve the service, we would like you to make your views known to us as often as you can. In addition to using the services's Representations Procedure there are a number of ways you can make your views known:
Discuss Issues with Staff or Manager
If you wish to make a comment (good or bad) about any part of the service or your care, you can. Please feel free to discuss it with any member of staff or the manager directly at any time.Comments Box
If you wish to make a comment anonymously, please use the comments box. You can find it at the front of the home.Residents' Meetings
Staff will actively encourage and support residents' meetings to take place frequently in the home. You can find out more about these by looking at your information board. This is another opportunity to get together with other residents and have a chat about what you want. You can tell us what you like and don't like as well as how we can improve things for you.We agree to:
- Consult and involve you in the planning and delivery of residential care services.
- Provide you with clear, understandable information to enable you to make choices and decisions.
- Allow you plenty of time to respond to any information given.
- Respond to any comments or suggestions you make about the service.
