Staff
Staffing levels in all of our homes comply with the 1984 Residential Homes Act. Ensuring relevant numbers of staff are on duty at all times. This means that residents needs can be consistently catered for.
All care staff are encouraged to follow a training programme leading to a National Vocational Qualification. This is a nationally recognised qualification in care.
The management staff are qualified in management and either social care or nursing.
All staff receive appropriate supervision and training to ensure that the home's principles of care and best practice are followed at all times.
