Quality of Care
We believe that people should be treated as individuals so we use a Key Worker and Care Planning system. This means people have a named member of staff responsible for the care. This person will have overall responsibility for developing a Care Plan for each person they work with. This involves a written assessment of needs and agrees how best to meet those needs. This is done in consultation with the person recieving care as well as other people who are involved such as carers, relatives, doctors and social worker.
It is important that people know what they can expect from us and if we have 'not got it right' we will do everything in our power to improve the quality of our service.
