Hackworth House was built in 1975 and is pleasantly situated within its own grounds located in a central. All staff work to provide a high standard of care with every respect for personal privacy, dignity and individuality. Visiting is entirely flexible, friends and relatives are welcome to call at any time.

Hackworth House can accommodate 40 people and a Day Centre with eight placements is attached to the home providing support for people who wish to remain in their own homes.
