General Information

Grampian House was opened in 1973 and is located in a housing estate approximately one and a half miles from Peterlee town centre.

In April 2005 Grampian House became the base for Intermediate Care Easington a multi -disciplinary team providing a range of services that assist adults to become as stable and independent as possible following an accident or illness.

A twenty five place Day Centre is also available providing a range of activities to Grampian House residents and adults from the surrounding community.

Grampian House is also the home to a small number of long term residents.
