How will I benefit from joining the Carers Register?

The Carers Register is committed towards ensuring that carers receive accurate and up to date information on services and support available and to ensure that carers have a 'voice' in the way in which future services are planned.

Carers who join The Carers Register will receive information, specific to their circumstances, on organisations that may be able to assist them in their caring role. In addition they will receive a copy of the Carers Echo a free quarterly newspaper containing information and regular features on a range of issues relevant to carers and the person they care for.

If you would like more information, please contact the Carers Project Worker on Tel: 0191 374 0525 or see how to contact ss.

Please feel free to complete our online Carers Register Application Form.

Alternatively, you can also print this questionnaire form out and fill it in by hand. Please complete and return it to:
