Evidence Based Supervision and Appraisal

Evidence Based Supervision and Appraisal is part of the quality strategy for Adult and Community Services. We have put together a range of standards for our staff about the promises and the way we should behave with the users of our services.

We will seek feedback from the users of our services on our performance against these standards using self review questionnaires and observation. These two processes along with supervision will then be used to assess whether we have reached our standards in our annual staff appraisals.
