How to Make a Purchase
Please read our terms and conditions before you begin to use the Online Shop or start to select items - all orders made through this online shop are assumed to be in acceptance of these terms and conditions.

How to Shop
- Find the item(s) you are interested in. Full details about every item can be displayed by clicking on the thumbnail - to get back to the list of items for sale click your browser back button.
- Click 'Add to Basket' if you would like to purchase the item.
- Click on 'shopping basket' at the top of the page to view your basket.
- Enter your name, address, country and postcode so that we can generate a printable order form.
- Click on View Your Order and you will be presented with a printable copy of your order.
It's that simple!
Please Note
- Postage and packing costs will be displayed.
- Value Added Tax (VAT) will displayed if applicable
- VAT be will applied to all orders except for those delivered to and paid for outside the countries of the EU (European Union).
Ways to Pay
There are several ways to pay:- You can pay by credit card or debit card online by clicking on the Pay by Card button on the order form. Before doing this we suggest that you also print a copy of the order for your records. Clicking Pay by Card will take you off to the Netbanx secure payments server where you can make the actual payment.
- UK Only - You can print out your order and send a Cheque/Postal Order (made payable to Durham County Council) to the address on the order.
