Our Vision

Children and young people have a wide range of skills and needs. We value this diversity and recognise the benefits to all in having an inclusive education system.

We will make sure that our education settings are able to respond to the needs of individual children and work to ensure that schools provide the opportunity for all children and young people to be fully included.

Our aim is for all children and young people to achieve the key outcomes to well being:

  • Being healthy
  • Staying safe
  • Enjoying and achieving
  • Making a positive contribution
  • Achieving economic well being
Our vision is set out in full in our strategic plan, All Together Better - Next Steps 2005 - 2010.
