Current Position
The project is on the Minor Schemes Priority List and detailed design is complete. The Compulsory Purchase Order for the scheme was confirmed earlier this year, following the withdrawal of the two objections. However, the scheme can only progress if terms can be agreed for the land required and negotiations are ongoing. A start date for the works is not yet programmed.Estimated cost

Brief Description of the Scheme
The proposals involve the conversion of the existing 'T' junction providing access to the Drum Industrial Estate into a roundabout.
