	Arcadia Place, Ouston	Scheme at detail design stage
Wear Valley	Roddymoor	Scheme is developed and should be implemented by March 2006 subject to planning permission
	Ireshopeburn	Agreed by Member Area Panel meeting - to be investigated
	Witton Park/Escomb	Escomb element of scheme complete - works due to commence on Witton Park
	Stanley Village Hall	Agreed by Member Area Panel meeting - to be investigated
Durham	Ludworth Cenotaph	Works on site
	Coxhoe Sensory Garden	Works on site
	Sherburn Hill	Part of larger Groundwork scheme - should be implemented April / May 2006 subject to funding
Easington	Horden Dene	Being progressed as part of a Heritage Coast project
	Seaham Eastlea Play Area	Consultation has been carried out and funding possibilities are being pursued.
Teesdale	Copley Recreation	Scheme designed and should be implemented 05/06
