Inspector's Report
The Government appointed Planning Inspector considered the soundness of the SCI document in March 2006 and produced her binding report in April 2006. The binding report instructed the Council as to how the Submission SCI should be changed prior to its adoption by the County Council. Regulation 31 Statement of Consultation
In January we published our Regulation 31 Statement of Consultation. This document sets out who we consulted on our Submission SCI, it explains how consultation was undertaken, the main issues raised and our responses to the issues raised.
