Minerals Application forms and Guidance Notes

When making a Minerals Planning Application you will need to provide:

• A completed M1 Application Form and relevant Annexes as required (available below).
• RelevantArticle 7 Ownership and Agricultural Holdings Certificate (4 pages, 17kb)
• Plans
• Fee (fee schedule updated 1 April 2005).

For Review or Periodic Review of Minerals Permission applications, please complete the following form:ROMP Application form (5 pages, 32kb) accommpanied by the relevantArticle 7 Ownership and Agricultural Holdings Certificate (4 pages, 17kb) and Plans. Please note, there are no fees associated with minerals review applications.

An Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) may also be required. An EIA is required in connection with planning applications for certain types of development which are judged to have significant environmental effects. Please contact us if you are unsure whether an EIA is necessary.
