Competition Rules
- Only one entry per household. Multiple entries will be discounted.
- Prizes must be accepted as offered; no alternative prize or cash will be awarded.
- The competitions are free to enter and are open to anyone living in the County Durham area, other than employees of Durham County Council or any of the promoters.
- Any entries received after the closing date or not complying with the terms and conditions will be disqualified.
- All entries will be considered the property of Durham County Council and will not be returned.
- Winners will be confirmed within one month of the publication date of each edition.
- By entering a competition you agree to being involved in any publicity should you win a prize.
- After the competition prizes have been drawn and prizes have been distributed, all personal details held will be destroyed unless permission has been sought to retain these details.
- Durham County Council reserves the right to change the prize allocation and prizes without prior notice if necessary.
- Please allow 28 days from the competition closing date for delivery of any prizes.
- The decision of the administrators of the competition (Durham County Council) is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
