Website Availability

We aim to make our website available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and to let you know of any planned breaks in service in advance. You can see our website availability statistics which are independently provided by siteimprove.com.

Visitor Statistics and Response Times

We provide access to summaries of our monthly website statistics and reports, which you are welcome to view. We also have information on our feedback response times for your information.

Exit Survey

We are one of a number of councils who have a 'website exit survey' in place, in order to help us understand who our visitors are, and how they use our site. This survey is commissioned by SOCITM, from The Neison group. We aim to use the results of this survey to help us to improve our site. We use a 'cookie' so that only every 10th visitor is presented with the survey and to ensure users are not presented with our exit survey more than once in a three month period. The survey takes a few moments to fill in and the questions change on a regular basis. You do not have to answer the questions but we welcome your feedback, which gives us both statistics and textual responses.
