Location and Access

Peterlee Library shares a building with East Durham and Houghall Community College in Peterlee Town Centre. The library is on the left as you enter the building and offers a wide variety of services, events and activities for you and your family to enjoy.

The library is accessible for wheelchair users and has a loop system installed. There is also a computer available with supernova screen reading software, a large keyboards and trackerball.

Transport and Travel

There is a bus station in Peterlee Town Centre which is served by numerous buses. Car parking is available in East Durham and Houghall Community College Car Park.
