Location and Access

Chester-le-Street library is s busy town centre library with a strong sense of community, it is situated on the corner of Station Road and Front Street next to the Lambton Arms and offers a wide range of services for you and your family to enjoy. The library can be accessed by wheelchair users, one of our public access computers has Supernova screen reading software and a large keyboard.

Transport and Travel

The nearest bus stop is outside Lloyds TSB bank where numerous buses stop and there are plenty of town centre car parks near the library.
