All of the projects aim to give the people of County Durham the confidence and skills to use technology, access information, seek advice and guidance and be given the opportunity to progress from basic ICT on to accredited training. All of the projects work in partnership with other appropriate organisations and information about each of the projects can be found below.

The project provides access to the National Online Tests in literacy and numeracy, as well as flexible learning opportunities in Skills 4 Life resource centres across County Durham.
Support is provided by dedicated Development Workers who motivate and mentor learners through to the process of taking a national test. Where appropriate, short ICT courses are provided to equip each learner with skills they need to take the test online.
