Disclosure Documents
The successful candidate will be required to complete a Disclosure application form. In order for the Lead Officer to confirm your identity, you must bring as many as possible of the following documents with you to the selection process:
- Passport
- Driving Licence
- Birth Certificate
- Marriage Certificate
- P45 / P60
- One proof of current address, e.g bank/building society statement, utility bill, credit card statement, or other acceptable evidence.
- Evidence of change of surname (if applicable).
