Our Homes
We offer places for 44 young people in our 11 residential homes across the County. Our homes offer between 3 and 5 places, in a variety of settings, both rural and urban, allowing us to place a young person in the environment which will best suit their needs.
Every young person has their own room within a homely environment, where we aim to replicate as closely as possible, a warm family setting.
Each home has a unique culture where staff have developed particular expertise. Some examples of this are:-
- Working with young people who display challenging behaviour.
- Working with young people with a learning disability.
- Making relationships with young people and their families on short breaks.
- Working through substance misuse or mental health issues.
