Complaints, Comments or Compliments about Social Care Services for Children and Young People in County Durham

Durham County Council's Children and Young People's Services provide information for children and young people who wish to make a complaint, comment or compliment. They are in leaflet format. They give advice to you if you want to make a complaint, comment or compliment about a problem or are unhappy about the way you have been treated. One leaflet is written so that it is more suitable for for teenagers. The other leaflet is simpler to read and was made for younger children to use. There is also a separate leaflet for adults wishing to complain about, comment on or compliment Durham County Council's Children and Young People's Services.

Part of each leaflet is a form on which you can write about your problem or complaint. These forms are made so that they can be cut off the leaflet, sealed and posted back to Children and Young People's Services free of charge.
