Financial Assessment Exit Survey 2003 and 2004

Social Care and Health welcome feedback and comments from service users. For those service users who have recently undergone a care assessment a survey is carried out to find out how satisfied they have been with the process. There are 6 questions included to measure the satisfaction of service users with the financial assessment process which establishes the amount of contribution that will be required to the cost of services.
