Directions provides free and confidential information around services dealing with matters relating to family, health, disability or social problems to the the people of County Durham.

The information service is also offered to members of the public and people working in the voluntary sector and to professionals working on behalf of the people of County Durham such as care workers, doctors, nurses, as well as other health or social workers etc.

We can provide information on a wide range of subjects under the broad heading of social, health, family and disability. The information we supply may be national, regional, countywide or local, and is reviewed & updated at least annually to ensure accuracy.
