Procurement Strategy
The aim of this document is to outline a clear strategy for procurement throughout Durham County Council. A strategy, which reflects the Council's corporate plan, provides a framework for best value and which will stand alongside the Council's financial regulations, contract procedure rules and constitution. Furthermore, the strategy sets out an improvement plan for achieving a corporate approach to procurement.Further copies of this document are available from Corporate Procurement at County Hall.
