News For Schools

We are now taking bookings for the Spring 2008 term.

Last year over 83% of visits were rated 'excellent' by teaching staff. 77% of pupils said they would come back again.

Feedback from teaching staff said:

  • "Well paced session"
  • "The children particularly enjoyed handling original artefacts"
  • "Very good rapport between staff and students"
  • "All activities were engaging, allowing the children to learn a lot"


WW1 Workshops

Sessions available for Spring 08. We would recommend bringing one class per session - but please contact us to discuss your requirements. Each session lasts for 2 hours and costs £2.15 per student, with accompanying adults free. All sessions led by our friendly and experienced Visitor Assistants
