Housing advice during the coronavirus outbreak
We know the coronavirus will have a significant impact on individuals and families across the county and it is a fast evolving situation. While we are working to implement measures where possible to support our residents, we have put together a list of support currently available.

The government has announced measures to protect renters and landlords affected by coronavirus:
- Landlords must provide a 6 month notice of evictions, unless there are exceptional circumstances such as anti-social behaviour.
- No bailiff enforcement will occur during the national lockdown, in line with the existing position for tier 2 and 3 local covid alert levels.
