County Durham History & Heritage Forum

Sharing knowledge, expertise and information is the way forward for many local history societies in County Durham. Some groups and societies already have an informal network which they can tap into to get help, share knowlege or just to meet up and celebrate local heritage but some groups and individuals may not have access to this network. With this in mind an umbrella group has been set up to allow groups, organisations and individuals with an interest in the history and heritage of County Durham to meet up with like minded people in a social and informal network.

The Forum pages of this website will be used to promote the activities of the County Durham History Forum as it becomes established.
