Disabled Access

People with disabilities are most welcome and every assistance is provided for disabled patrons. There are adapted toilets and lifts to all floors. Wheelchair spaces are available and patrons are asked to telephone to reserve these in advance (Carers will be seated free of charge). The Eden Theatre employs a system of raked seating, and whilst seats are sold 'unreserved' we will make every attempt to allot seats in specific areas in order to accommodate patrons with special requirements. Please advise when purchasing tickets.

An induction loop system is available for those with hearing difficulties. Patrons with hearing aids should set the control to "T".

Event Programme Information

We regret that tickets cannot be reserved without prior payment. Telephone bookings can be accepted provided payment is made by credit or debit card.

Tickets are not refundable.

Please ask, when you buy your tickets, if you would like to reserve a seat for film or theatre productions.

Bishop Auckland Town Hall reserves the right to alter the published programme in the event of unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.
