Apprenticeships and traineeships

These courses are a way for young people and adult learners to learn in a real job, gaining a real qualification and a real future. Hiring trainees and apprentices helps businesses to grow their own talent by developing a motivated, skilled and qualified workforce.

Course content is designed in a partnership between employers and business representatives from industry sectors. As they genuinely understand these business sectors, you can be confident that the standards will be relevant for your company.

As each qualification is designed to suit the needs of that industry there is difference in what is now required. We will work closely with you to ensure that the apprenticeship offered is the most appropriate for the individual's job role, while reflecting individual employer and learner needs.

We are committed to supporting young people and adults into employment. Working together with local businesses, we can provide opportunities to develop and grow the existing skills base of the community to improve their employability.
