Durham City Local Plan
The City of Durham Local Plan sets out the development strategy for the former district and the land use policies and allocations required to deliver this strategy.
The Local Plan is a key component of the Development Plan for the former district and is therefore a material consideration during the determination of planning applications.

Student accommodation - new from September 2016
