- You can browse the site to find a range of information and advice including organisations to help you live as independently as you can.
- You can complete some simple questions in the Locate: about you and your needs section about yourself and your situation. This will help guide you to useful information for help and support.
- Depending on your situation, you may then be able to complete some more in-depth questions in Locate: about you and your needs section and submit your responses to us. We will then use your answers to assess your needs and tell you if you are eligible for care and support from us.
