Dean Bank, Ferryhill selective licensing area


Dean Bank, Ferryhill has been designated a selective licence area until 21 March 2018. In order to rent, manage or control a property in this area landlords must obtain a licence and comply with the licence conditions.

Failure to do so could result in a fine up to £20,000.

The current licence fee is £450 for each property.
