Housing - energy efficiency improvements

There are a variety of schemes available to help householders make their properties more energy efficient.

Energy Company Obligation (ECO)

This is the government's scheme to help householders, and those on low incomes, meet the upfront costs of making energy saving improvements to their properties such as central heating, cavity wall, solid wall and loft insulation. contact us for further information on the schemes currently available.

Renewable energy

Renewable and low-carbon technologies are good for the environment and good for your pocket too! With government financial incentives, it's never been a better time to install. The Energy Saving Trust provides more information about this.

Free gas boiler scheme

Some energy companies are currently offering fully fitted gas boilers for free or heavily subsidised, subject to eligibility and survey, to people who really need them. That is, people on certain benefits, with a lower income and an inefficient gas boiler to help make sure you can keep your home warm. Contact us for more information on this scheme.

Central heating scheme

Do you live in a house without central heating? You may qualify for a free central heating system if you meet certain criteria.
